3 steps easy recipe

What You Need : 300g Chicken Keema, Oil, 2 Tomato Puree, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp, 1 Tbsp Turmeric, 2 Tbsp Curd, Spice Legacy Keema Masala.

Step 1 – Make Paste & Mix

First, mix 300g keema with salt, ginger-garlic paste, and curd. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the Spice Legacy Masala with ½ to 1 cup of water to make a smooth paste.

Step 2 – Fry

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and fry the tomato puree on low flame. Add the Spice Legacy Masala paste and cook nicely until the oil separates from the masala.

Step 3 – Cook & Ready

Now add the marinated keema to the masala and fry well for 5 minutes. Pour in ½ cup water, close the lid, and cook for 3 whistles. That’s it—your delicious Keema is ready to serve!
