3 steps easy recipe

What You Need : 300g Chicken Keema, Oil, 2 Tomato Puree, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp, 1 Tbsp Turmeric, 2 Tbsp Curd, Spice Legacy Keema Masala.

Step 1: Boil the Chicken

Marinate the chicken with haldi, salt, and ginger-garlic paste for 15 minutes. In a pressure cooker, heat 2 tbsp oil, fry the chopped onions, and add the chicken with 2-3 cups of water. Cook for 3 whistles.

Step 2: Fry the Masala

Mix the Spice Legacy Masala with ½ cup of water to make a paste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add this paste, and fry nicely until the oil separates.

Step 3: Mix & Serve

Add the boiled chicken and its watery soup (stock) to the fried masala. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Your fiery Kolhapuri Chicken is ready to eat!
